Aliplast, a Herambiente Group company, exhibits at Cosmopack 2019

04 March 2019

Aliplast, a leader in Italy in the collection and recycling of plastic waste and in the production of regenerated plastic material, will exhibit at Cosmopack 2019 in Hall 19, showing the production and packaging solutions best suited to the smart manufacturing concept. Within the 52nd edition of the Cosmoprof Fair, Cosmopack is the most important international event that focuses on the cosmetics production chain, ranging from raw materials to packaging and machinery. To showcase the "Cosmopack Factory" project, a special exhibit will be set up in the S.M.A.R.T. area in Hall 19, featuring the entire production chain of a scalp cleaning product, showing all the steps required to reach the end product. It will be organized as a virtual journey to discover the entire supply chain of a scalp cleaning product: from the recycled PET polymer, to the manufacturing of the bottle, from the creation of the formula to the filling and capping. The exhibit will produce a high quality, sustainable and limited-edition scalp oil called "NO.CO. NO COMPROMISE". It was designed by Centdgrès and includes a natural formula that places it among the new generation of water-safe products, which reduce the amount of water needed to rinse. In addition, its packaging is made entirely of recycled polymers, embracing the concept of circular economy. The "NO.CO Factory" Project will be supported by the collaboration of companies that are expressions of excellence in the sector, involved in the various phases of the production, such as: Verve S.p.A, for the recycled PET bottle and its recycled PP cap; Cosmoproject, for the supply of the formula; Omas Tecnosistemi, for the supply of the filling and capping machine and ABB robots for automatic loading; Centdegrès, for the artistic direction; Bocconi University, for the Environmental Footprint study; Aliplast, in particular Alimpet (a Group company), for the supply of the transparent RPET (recycled PET) granules.
